Our expertise, processes and service framework are structured so that every product delivers top performance and absolute reliability. We apply strict quality control at every stage of production, with full traceability through ERP systems and continuous data evaluation. This ensures that every system is delivered with high precision, functionality, and consistency.
Our commitment to quality is proven by internationally recognized certifications such as:
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QUALICOAT SEASIDE, Qualimarine, EN 15088, REACH & RoHS, as well as our proprietary I² technology, tested and certified for superior performance.
The ELVIAL experience goes beyond the product itself, offering direct support, transparency and long-term partnerships built on trust.
We follow a fully integrated production process that allows us to control every stage — from raw material to the final product.
We invest in state-of-the-art testing laboratories, robotic production lines, and advanced quality control mechanisms, ensuring consistent performance and long-term reliability.
ELVIAL offers advanced aluminium systems that combine superior thermal insulation, high security, flawless functionality, and exceptional long-term durability.
With high-end aesthetics, minimal lines, and a vast range of colours and finishes, ELVIAL systems elevate every space, delivering premium design and ideal performance that lasts a lifetime.
The company systematically invests in true innovation.
Our I² technology provides a proven improvement of the system’s thermal performance [Uf] by up to 38%.
At the same time, with ELVIAL Pre-Anodizing 2in1 — the first in Greece and seventh worldwide — we ensure maximum protection of aluminium against corrosion.
And we do not stop there. ELVIAL is the only company in Greece offering a digital identity for every window.
With Window.ID, all data is recorded digitally, instantly accessible, and always available from any device, at any time — with a simple scan from your smartphone.
ELVIAL is a brand that chooses to invest in quality, technological advancement, and reliable production excellence — where real product value is created, and where your choice becomes a long-term investment.
Yes. Advanced thermal insulation technology, airtight design, and energy-efficient glazing reduce heat loss in winter and overheating in summer.
The result is significantly lower heating and cooling demand.
Aluminium window systems become truly durable in coastal environments only when they are protected against filiform corrosion — a type of corrosion that appears as “bubbles” on the coating, typically starting from the profile’s corners.
The solution to filiform corrosion is ELVIAL’s 2IN1 Pre-Anodizing.
In our state-of-the-art production facilities, we operate the only vertical coating line in Greece, and the seventh worldwide, featuring continuous-flow Pre-Anodizing. This process is now certified according to Qualicoat and carries the SEASIDE (PRE-OX) label.
This means it is the only method that ensures maximum protection of aluminium against corrosion.
Combine the highest anti-corrosion protection of Pre-Anodizing with a Class 2 super-durable powder coating, and you achieve maximum colour resistance even under intense UV exposure — the ideal solution for coastal areas.
In Europe, buildings consume approximately 40% of total energy production. Choosing an energy-efficient thermally insulated aluminium system is key to preventing major energy losses and achieving the high performance required for what is now defined as a nearly Zero-Energy Building (nZEB).
Thermally insulated aluminium systems differ from the widely known non-insulated (“cold”) systems due to the use of special insulating polyamide or polythermide bars placed in the central chamber of the profiles.
ELVIAL goes one step further: with its global innovation, I² technology, an extra insulation zone is created by integrating a factory-applied thermal core made from a specially engineered material. This enhances the system’s thermal performance (Uf) by up to 38% and even enables performance upgrades in standard systems. As a result, heat transfer from the interior to the exterior is significantly reduced.
For optimal energy performance, thermally insulated aluminium systems should always be combined with advanced energy-efficient glazing. Ask for the Ug value [U-glazing] of the glass in your windows — because the combination of Uf (frame insulation) and Ug (glazing insulation) will determine the overall energy rating of your building.
The Uf value (U-frame) refers to the energy performance of the frame and indicates how effectively the aluminium profile reduces heat transfer from the interior to the exterior.
The lower the Uf value, the higher the insulation performance of the system.
The Uw value (U-window) expresses the overall energy performance of the window, taking into account the aluminium frame, the glazing unit and the system’s additional components.
ELVIAL systems outperform others thanks to the exclusive I² technology, which creates an additional insulation zone in the central chamber of the profiles using a factory-applied, specially engineered thermal core.
This results in up to 38% improvement in the Uf value, contributing to lower Uw values and reduced overall energy consumption.
Sealing is the key factor that determines whether a window system is truly impermeable.
With ASS – Advanced Sealing System, ELVIAL provides triple-level sealing using specially engineered EPDM gaskets, vulcanised corner joints, and — at the most vulnerable point of double-sash windows — exclusively elastic sealing caps for the central mullion.
Thanks to the elasticity of the material and the flexible design, gaps are eliminated, and the elastic sealing cap fits perfectly on the aluminium surface, achieving complete sealing.
The combination of advanced engineering and premium-quality materials ensures excellent protection against water, air infiltration, and extreme weather conditions.
Aluminium is a material with outstanding mechanical properties: lightweight yet exceptionally strong, despite having only one third of the density of steel.
This makes it a long-lasting investment with remarkable structural stability over time.
It enables the construction of large-scale window systems without the risk of bending or deformation, and even in areas with intense sunlight, aluminium remains dimensionally stable — unlike other materials.
Although it is often claimed that aluminium does not offer high thermal insulation or sound reduction, this is no longer true.
Modern technology and advanced innovations have significantly upgraded thermally insulated aluminium systems, making them top performers in energy efficiency and acoustics. They drastically reduce energy costs and provide excellent noise reduction, which is why they are preferred in projects with very high technical requirements.
Aluminium window systems also stand out for their high security levels. Thanks to the strength of the material combined with advanced hardware technologies and multi-point locking mechanisms, they offer enhanced resistance to break-in attempts, making them one of the most reliable options for building protection.
In addition, aluminium is a non-combustible material. In the event of a fire, it does not contribute to flame spread nor does it produce toxic smoke or harmful gases, unlike other materials that may worsen hazardous conditions. This offers an added level of safety for both buildings and occupants.
Finally, aluminium systems provide limitless design possibilities in dimensions and typologies, hundreds of colour and texture options, and require zero maintenance. For those seeking durability, aesthetics and high performance, aluminium is the only comprehensive solution.
Condensation on windows — commonly known as “window sweating” — occurs mainly during the winter months and is caused by the difference in temperature between the warm indoor environment and the colder outdoor air.
Just like water droplets forming on a cold glass in summer, condensation appears on window frames when there is a large temperature difference combined with high indoor humidity.
This phenomenon can be effectively prevented with ELVIAL’s global innovation, I² technology.
By uniformly and fully filling the thermal insulation chamber along the entire length of the aluminium profile, I² delivers exceptional thermal performance that protects the window system and the indoor space from moisture accumulation and condensation. This contributes to maintaining a healthy, dry environment with reduced humidity and no risk of mould development.
