The CK HOUSE is born from a calm yet clearly defined architectural intention: the composition of a contemporary space that balances luxury and simplicity, privacy and transparency, light and shadow. A house that does not impose itself, but is gradually revealed.

The residence and its outdoor spaces are oriented toward the West. Linear geometries guide the gaze outward, allowing the afternoon light to diffuse through the interior and shape the atmosphere. Clean, rectilinear compositions reinforce the core design principle: less is more. And yet, the double-height spatial composition and the rich materiality lend the space an authentic, almost unexpected complexity.

FLOW AND VERTICALITY

The ground floor unfolds as a single, open-plan space, where the double-height living area, kitchen, and dining room coexist in a calm, continuous flow. Light moves freely, following the vertical dimension and guiding the gaze. On the upper level, the bedrooms are organized with discreet precision around the building’s axis, connected by an internal bridge and opening toward the garden, maintaining an uninterrupted relationship with the surrounding landscape.

LIGHT AND TRANSPARENCY

Large openings bring light and nature into the interior, dissolving the boundaries between inside and outside. The operable aluminium systems ELVIAL W59 SI² enhance transparency through slim profiles and a clean aesthetic, while the EL9000 9195T shutters filter light and privacy, harmoniously regulating the relationship between the residence and its external environment throughout the day.

MATERIALS WITH A SENSE OF TOUCH

The materials are selected with restraint, as if drawing their essence from the landscape itself. Wood introduces warmth and a human scale, while light-toned, textured surfaces allow light to spread gently, offering a sense of protection and calm. Wooden shutters embrace the residence, allowing shadow and movement to animate the façades, completing a space that is grounded, balanced, and deeply welcoming.

CK HOUSE is defined not only by its form, but by the way it is experienced. It is a home built around light, silence, and spatial flow, allowing materials to speak softly and architecture to breathe.

Clean lines and carefully selected elements compose an environment where simplicity is not a limitation, but a deliberate choice of depth. A space that does not seek to impress, but to endure—where light shapes everyday life and living unfolds naturally, with calm, balance, and timeless quality.
