MINIMAL LOOK SL52 HI²
Located in the heart of Tribeca, where New York’s industrial legacy meets modern urban living, 62–64 Reade Street stands as a testament to the seamless union of history and innovation. Inspired by the story of a couple who once lived and worked in these landmark buildings, the project brings new life to a heritage site — not by replacing the past, but by honoring it.
ODA’s design approach carefully reinterprets the structures through touch, light, and memory. Guided by Triton Construction and with adherence to the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the original limestone façades have been meticulously restored. The connection between the two buildings is expressed rather than concealed, maintaining a visual trace of their distinct pasts now woven into one.

In this composition, ELVIAL plays a vital role, offering aluminum not only as a construction material, but as a true medium of architectural expression.
