On Wednesday, November 12, the graduation ceremony of the second cohort of Thessaloniki Future Leaders Lab took place at the Tellogleion Foundation. The program, an initiative of the Executive Development Department of Alba Graduate Business School, is implemented with the support of the Region of Central Macedonia and leading companies with a strong footprint in the city’s economic landscape. Among them is ELVIAL, which once again stood by the new generation, actively supporting the initiative.
Thessaloniki Future Leaders Lab empowers students from Thessaloniki’s public Universities, equipping them with transversal skills that strengthen their academic and professional development. The program includes modules such as Leadership, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Digital Economy and Entrepreneurial Mindset, combining contemporary theory with applied and interdisciplinary learning.
During the ceremony, Mr. Pavlos Vagionas, Plant Director of ELVIAL, had the honour of presenting the certificates of completion to the program’s graduates, highlighting the company’s commitment to initiatives that empower young people.
As part of the initiative, students worked in teams to showcase the activity of the companies supporting the program, through executive interviews, audiovisual content creation and on-site visits. The team assigned to present ELVIAL conducted an interview with Ms. Katerina Mesimeri, Digital Marketing Executive of ELVIAL, with the resulting video screened during the ceremony, showcasing the company’s activity, values and philosophy.
Through its participation in Thessaloniki Future Leaders Lab, ELVIAL demonstrates its firm commitment to the education and development of young people, contributing meaningfully to shaping the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals of the country.
